- Learn Set ups that will maximize your training
- Learn how we utilize trampoline
- Learn how we condition
- Learn the process we use to have safer, more effective workouts that leads to bigger results.
- Learn how we structure training to avoid injuries, both over use and safety precautions
- Learn the coaching, gymnast and parent culture that we have created
- Athletes will have an extra workout 2 afternoons with a Dragon team coach. Extra time to work on new progressions & skills.
- Coaches will have dinner & a question/answer session with the team staff.
