The Shout Out Game on the Uneven Bars

This course is designed for competitive gymnasts and coaches

This training demonstrates optional level gymnasts who are experienced gymnasts focused on mental readiness on bars. 

​

The Shout Out Game can be implemented for any advanced level, you will just have to use your creativity as a coach. The most important part is it's fun, the gymnasts are very well prepared to execute skills and always keep them safe!

​

Keep it fun, keep repeating the process safely and within reason of the athlete's ability level until the athlete feels a high level of success.

Make sure you are physically prepared to manage these skills and there is supervision.
