This course is designed for competitive gymnasts and coaches
Coach Al breaks down processing and how we teach trampoline to our visiting coaches.
Rock of Gymnastics visited us at the GAGE Center and Coach Al took the opportunity to break down the system and tactics we use to prepare the GAGE gymnasts for twisting and flipping elements.
Allowing them to build at their own pace and solidify their air awareness skills.
PLEASE NOTE
Make sure you are physically prepared to manage these skills and there is supervision.
