Coach Al Fong is a USA Olympic coach, consultant and business owner of GAGE Center in Blue Springs, Mo. He has coached numerous US Olympic athletes, US World team competitors, and USA national team members, as well as run a successful gymnastics business.
Al has pioneered the movement of gymnastics innovation using unique drills and customized training equipment through years of personal research and development. In fact, his gym continues to be an R&D living lab going forward.
Al is willing and excited to share his ongoing Olympic journey and his knowledge with the gymnastics community.
Whether you are new to the sport or looking to continue developing higher level gymnastics, Coach Al Fong and his staff are committed to helping you cultivate a healthy, progressive, and positive learning environment that’s necessary for sustainable success.
